Upgrade to 10 Home; Change the product key to VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T and there will start a upgrade process to Pro edition. This key won't activate the OS!! After finished the upgrade process, you will have a Windows 10 Pro ready. Now change the key. You will need a Key for 7/8/8.1 Pro edition. Windows 7 keys currently still active Windows 10 installs, therefore you can you them as Windows 10 keys without having to do anything to them. This can also work in reverse for Windows 10 Pro keys. (Even if the resulting Windows 10 installation isn’t activated, you could just plug in your old Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 key after the upgrade process finishes.) Insert the installation media into the computer you want to upgrade, reboot, and boot from the installation media. Install Windows 10 normally. If you are installing Windows 10 on a PC running Windows XP or Windows Vista, or if you need to create installation media to install Windows 10 on a different PC, see Using the tool to create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) to install Windows 10 on a different PC section below. Settings Update & Security Activation Click the option that reads Change product key and then input your Windows 7 license key. If everything is correct, then the process should be completed.
